I think that both Mr.'s work and the Paris Hilton exhibit are so typical in the way they fixate on an sexualize young bodies. What disturbs me about both of them is that they both present naked bodies -- a distinction from nudes, which praises the beauty of the body's artistic form -- to a young audience. Furthermore, both are male artists despicting young women as shallow.

Mr.'s work seems so cute and fun that it's tempting to ignore his predilection toward objectifying youth and his antifeminism. The press release suggests that he may be critiquing the Otaku subculture, but his work seems to fit in more with the culture than leave any hints of satire. While his work is less offensive and seemingly less mean-spirited than the Paris Hilton Autopsy, in some ways it is more dangerous because it seems acceptable.

Len, have you looked at his work at all either in person or online? What's your take on it?
