By popular demand - Buffy pre-show videos
Before the show this past weekend we featured a few fan-made Buffy clips that I’ve been digging up around the internet.
The first is a great series-long recap set to “The William Tell Overture”. This one is so perfectly timed and edited, and the heroic theme obviously goes well with Buffy. Check out the other videos by Rowena at deadbutstillpretty.com, including fan vids of Veronica Mars and, ohh, Dirty Dancing.
Next up is a fun collection of dirty, filthy, sexy Buffy scenes set to Elvis Presley’s “A Little Less Conversation”. This comes from college student Ryan wose site morbidmuch.com features a ton of fan vids - though none others with music as good as this one.
Finally, a scene from My Stepmother is an Alien, featuring a young Alyson Hannigan going on her first date with a boy. A short boy with braces. I uploaded this one myself for your enjoyment.

That’s not just ‘a short boy with braces’ !! That’s Seth Green in what seems to be the start of his on screen love affair with Ms Hannigan.

Thanks! I haven’t seen that movie in a long time. Perhaps a viewing of that and “Bring it On” aka ‘We’re not on Buffy this week, so let’s make a movie!”

If you’re looking for more BtVS vids to show as part of your pre-show, I can point you to many excellent crowd-pleasing examples, some of which are available at high resolution (making them better suited to theater projection).
